Bob Eichinger is CEO of Lominger International, A Korn/Ferry Company and cofounder of Lominger Limited. He is cocreator of The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of management, executive, and organizational development tools. During his 40+ year career, he has worked inside PepsiCo and Pillsbury, and as a consultant in Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Canada, and Australia. Bob lectures extensively on the topic of executive and management development and has served on the Board of the Human Resource Planning Society. He has worked as a coach with more than 1,000 managers and executives. Bob’s books include The Leadership Machine, written with Mike Lombardo, and 100 Things You Need to Know: Best People Practices for Managers & HR, written with Mike Lombardo and Dave Ulrich.

Mitch has had 25 years experience in leadership and organization development. A Registered Organization Development Consultant, he is a full professor in the Ph.D. Program in Leadership & Change at Antioch University. He is a distinguished visiting professor at the University of Auckland (New Zealand). Internationally, he has consulted in Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, The Netherlands, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay. He recently received the international honor of being selected a Fulbright Scholar for international organization development. In 1998, he received the prestigious award as Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of the Year. Previously, Mitch was a full professor for 17 years in the master’s and doctoral program in OD at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. Before entering academia, Mitch worked in industry and directed the leadership development area at American Express Financial Advisors; previous to this he managed the OD area for Health Partners. Mitch Kusy’s specific areas of consulting include leadership development, strategic planning, team development, 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, and organization development.

He is on the board of directors of the Family Firm Institute. He also consults extensively with sports organizations and professional sports teams and has a private practice specializing in sports psychotherapy. Dr. Aberman has a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where is was the sports medicine He recently published a book entitled, “Why Good Coaches Quit: How To Deal With The Other Stuff.”

Jenifer A. Kihm has 20 years of professional experience within business-to-business enterprises, with over 10 of those being in the human capital industry. She has served in start-up, turn-around, strategy, consultant and senior leadership roles. Her work has been credited with meaningful business improvement for her clients and employers. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. She has authored articles that were published in both business and academic journals. Jenifer is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition Outsourcing for the Bartech Group.
Tom Barrett is the Co-founder of PDG Consultants, Inc., where he is responsible for Consultant and Client development. PDG is a Midwest-based Lean Consulting firm serving manufacturers, service providers and educational institutions in lean transformation. PDG’s model for lean transformation uses the tools of the Toyota Production System along with PDG’s exclusive model for culture change. Tom holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management, and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and speaks frequently on local, regional and national levels on how to apply lean in any environment. Tom has over 15 years of operations experience in Engineering and Continuous Improvement and over 10 years of lean transformation experience with manufacturers, distributors, banks, sales and other organizations.

Dr. Cortina is an Associate Professor in the I/O Psychology program at George Mason. He received his Ph.D. in 1994 from Michigan State. His research interests include meta-analysis and the use of personality to predict job performance. He has published extensively in the top journals of our field and is currently Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology. In 2001, Dr. Cortina received the Ernest J. McCormick Award for Distinguished Early Career Contributions from SIOP. In 2004, he received the Robert O. McDonald Best Paper Award from the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management.
